Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I was charged $19.00 for breakfast, which was not up to the standards of complimentary breakfasts offered by other hotels.
The hotel had many outlets and USB ports in the rooms, but they were a bit run-down and very loud due to slamming doors and elevator noise all night long. The service was efficient and courteous, although there were some instances of questionable charges. The location was exceptional, despite the smell of smoke in the air and being understaffed during a busy weekend. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a good selection of morning delicacies. The facilities were decent.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were comfortable with great views of the harbor and plenty of outlets and USB ports, but I was disappointed that there was no help available to address noise issues or room changes. The service was decent overall, with some staff being helpful while others seemed dismissive. The location was convenient for events at the Tampa Convention Center or Amelia Arena, offering a divine view of the water, but the constant smell of smoke was off-putting. The dining options provided a variety of morning delicacies to choose from, but the rustic quality of the hotel might not appeal to everyone.
